Free Replacement Guarantee & Terms:
We will replace any lead if it was a duplicate sent, the borrower did
not want a loan, the broker could not contact the applicant to bad contact
information or any valid reason. There are no guarantees based on credit
worthiness. All replacement requests will be written and sent to us within 3
days of the original lead disbursement. As part of the guarantee brokers must
contact the applicant within 24 hours receipt of lead and simply advise the
applicant that they are within our lending network. Replacement leads will be
sent out weekly under separate cover than standard leads. All Leads are
qualified & complete with borrowers name(s), address, phone home and work,
email address when available, type of loan wanted, estimated value of house,
loan outstanding balance, loan payment, term, monthly payment, interest rate
paying, year purchased, employer name and time on job. The Service can be
cancelled at any time giving at least 24 hour written notice. Client will be
responsible for payment in full for all leads sent before a termination date and
time.
